 Rust-Oleum CombiColor Gloss is a primer and topcoat in one, has excellent opacity, sag resistant leaving no brush strokes and provides good drying properties even at low temperatures. Rust-Oleum CombiColor Gloss remains flexible and does not become brittle or flake with warping.
Rust-Oleum CombiColor Gloss contains rust-inhibitive pigments, is lead and chromate free and can be applied at low temperatures.
Rust-Oleum CombiColor Gloss should be applied on bare, manually de-rusted metal or with CombiPrimer Anti-Corrosion primed steel. CombiColor Metal is intended for brush and roller application and can also be applied by air spray.

For metal structures in a more aggressive industrial environment, prior application of a RUSTOLEUM CombiPrimer Anti-Corrosion is recommended.
CombiColor is an anti-rust primer and topcoat in one for interior and exterior use. It can be applied directly to mild steel without the use of a primer.
