Anker Stuy Coatings is a 3rd generation family-run business that makes industrial wood coatings and stains for timber joinery, cladding, windows, doors, and furniture.
Rawlins Paints are official UK suppliers of Anker Stuy interior and external coatings for wood, including Hydrolux for the external joinery industry, Ankocryl paint systems for interior joinery and furniture, and Ankolux for non-dimensionally stable joinery, such as wooden façade cladding.
At Rawlins Paints we make buying specialist paint easy, including Anker Stuy wood primers and base coats, topcoats and woodstains.
Anker Stuy's industrial wood coatings have beeen used across the UK in timber and joinery projects. One such application can be found at Lymm Fire Station, comprising of a wooden façade and timber cladding. These surfaces are in full exposure to the weather and have to contend with expansion and shrinkage, direct sunlight, driving rain, and attack by insects and organic growths like moss, algae and lichen. No problem for Anker Stuy external coatings!
