Product Returns

● Please include your returns form so that we can easily identify your purchase.
● Before you complete our Product Return Form, please read our terms and conditions of sale in particular conditions 7 and 8.
● Colour Sample Sachets are non-refundable and non-returnable.
● If your Product Return is not a Fire Protection Product, please complete Page 1 only.
● Please note: you may return a Fire Protection Product only if it is defective.
   - If your product is defective, please complete Page 2 ONLY and email to us for approval (send to [email protected]).
   - On receipt of a copy of Page 2 signed by Rawlins, please complete Page 1 and follow the remaining instructions on the returns form.
● We highly recommend choosing a tracked shipping service, so that you can prove this was sent in the event of a lost parcel.
   - We'd recommend looking at https://www.overlandexpress.co.uk/paint-courier if you're having any trouble finding a courier.
   - We will issue a refund for eligible returns as soon as they are delivered, identified and logged.
