As I understand it, the Building Regulations would not allow me to build a wooden shed in the small garden of a terraced house unless it was well away from the boundaries or had specific fireproofing properties. Are you aware of a fireproofing 'paint' that is accepted by the Building Inspectors, as I need to put the shed right up against the wooden fence boundary (though not near the house itself). I appreciate that you may only be able to advise something for treating the wooden walls of the shed and not the roof.
