Do plastic soil pipes coming up through a chipboard floor need fire stop collars? the ceiling below the floor is 1 hour fire rated the soil pipes do not pass through the lower fire rated ceiling as they are in the protected void?
This is something you would need to check with your fire officer to be certain but if the pipe doesn't pass through the fire rated celing below, I'd assume it wouldn't be required.
