Hello can you recommend a paint for concrete ceilings that can be mixed into a RAL colour that is also Class O (spread of flame) please? Thank you.

For this application assuming the concrete is bare, clean, dry, sound and prepared you could consider the Thermoguard Wallcoat BS Class 1/0 & EN Class B System.

This can be mixed to many RAL, NCS or BS colours in a matt or eggshell finish.

We would recommend to seek approval from Building Control prior to purchase and application.
