Hi, i need to replace my oil boiler that is situated in an understairs cupboard. The engineer has said that I need to line it with fireproof boarding. There is already very little clearance around the boiler. I am asking is there a paint that would do the job and comply with all current building regs. It has wooden rafters and concrete and plaster to cover and could it be done by myself. Many thanks. Philippa
