Hi I’m looking to retro fit a fire/smoke seal to an existing garage personnel door where I have a gap at the bottom where it meets the threshold. This gap has been condemned by the building control and I need to face fix a retro fix 60 minute? It has to face fix from the garage side and the door opens into the utility? Mike
