Hi I’ve coated a steel beam & Column in thermocoat w white, then used a topcoat to finish. Firstly I need to get a certificate for the original coating. Can you let me know what info you need. Secondly my wife wants to change the finished colour. Can this be done in a water based paint? Kind regards. Paul
