Hi, we have 2 exposed steel beams in a residential property which are at the base of the staircase. Building control require these to be 1 hour fire rated. The client want to leave them exposed, looking as 'raw' as possible so we are looking for a clear finish which give FR60. Please could you advise which is the best product. Many thanks
