Hi We have borrowed some scenery for a theatre show and we want to make sure that the painted surface is resistant to the spread of flame. The scenery is painted with emulsion paint on MDF boarding on a timber frame. The frame cannot be accessed as it is totally encased by MDF boarding Do you have a product which would be suitable. I look forward to hearing from you. Stan
If we are correct in assuming you are requiring a clear coating to apply over the emulsion to keep the look of what has been painted whilst upgrading the spread of flame rating, unfortuantely the clear coatings we offer would not be suitable for this. They are instead intended for bare timber or timber that has been previously stained or varnished.
