I am lining all my internal walls with an insulated timber frame over which there will be an osb covering before applying a wooden cladding. My building inspector advises that a certificated fire retardant paint would be an acceptable way of achieving a fire rating but stressed that I need to have a cerificate. Is this something with which you can assist. Thank you. Richard Curtis.
