We live at a large residential apartment block and have a problem with our fire rating to common areas and fire curtain areas throughout our development. It has been noticed we only achieve 30 mins fire resistance to plasterboard walls and not 60 mins. My question is are there paints/ products that can be applied as a soloution to our problem. All products would need to be accredited and certified to satisfy fire regulations.
