Looking for a paint for a ceiling exposed to steam (heat) not continuously but for periods of 10 minutes 4/5 times daily.
Assuming this ceiling is in a bathroom above a shower, it is clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet we can recommend Zinsser Perma-White Interior.
This is suitable for high humidity areas and is available in many RAL and BS colours.
