Assuming the UPVC cladding is not subject to direct water contact, it is clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet we can recommend Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 followed by 2 coats Zinsser Perma-White Interior.

This can be mixed to many RAL and BS colours in a matt or satin finish.
