Need Help?

Hello I am looking for a levelling screed to level my dry sand cement screed floor. We have UFH throughout. Floor area is about 40M2. The floor slopes and the difference in level is between 30mm and 0mm. I plan to install a 12mm limestone tile floor finish using a 6mm adhesive. Can you recommend a levelling screed that can do the job ? Thanks John

Assuming the floor is bare, clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet you could consider Sikafloor 131 Level Latex Ultra.

This can be laid in multiple layers between 2 and 10mm thick or 25mm thick when filled.

This is suitable for use on floors with underfloor heating and can be tiled over.
