Assuming the door is UPVC or bare timber, it is clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet you could consider Rust-Oleum CombiColor MSP.

This can be mixed to many RAL, NCS or BS colours in a gloss finish.

This Rust-Oleum product could also be used on a UPVC door, but unfortunately it is not available in your colour choice.
