Assuming you are painting onto cement based masonry, it is clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet we can recommend Zinsser AllCoat Exterior (Water Based)
This can be mixed to many RAL, NCS or BS colours in a matt, satin or gloss finish.
This is available in 1ltr, 2.5ltr, 5ltr or 10ltr tin sizes.
