Unfortunately no, as the primer is a two pack only a two pack topcoat should be used. 

We would suggest to go with an approved International topcoat to avoid and compatibility issues.

You could consider International Interthane 990

This can be mixed to many RAL, NCS or BS colours in a gloss finish.
