My leaking garage has a corrugated roof with silicone seals over the joints and adjoins a stone wall with cement pointing. It leaks mainly at the edges and we get condensation too. I am hoping for an elastomere type coating to cover the whole thing. Any suggestions? We have repealed and repointed to no avail. Thank you
