Assuming the newly applied render is sand and cement based, it is clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet we can recommend Wethertex ST1 Quick Dry Stabilising Primer followed by Wethertex AP77 Flexible Smooth Masonry Paint.

This can be mixed in many RAL, NCS or BS colours in a matt finish.
