You replied - Assuming the pvc wall panels are not exposed to direct water contact, they are internal, clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical we can recommend Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 followed by Zinsser Perma-White Interior. This is available in many RAL, NCS or BS colours in a matt or satin finish. We would recommend testing for compatibility and adhesion on a small area prior to full application. When you say 'not exposed to direct water contact,' does this mean it would not be suitable for a bathroom where splashes from a shower would occur? Thanks.
