Hi, I have a small workshop which the concrete floor is spalling pretty bad. I used a pva solution last year to attempt to stop the surface dusting. The original finish of the surface is gone and starting to deteriorate. I'm looking for a primer and self levelling compound to a depth of around 10/20mm. That's the extent of deterioration.
