Assuming you are looking for a hygienic wall paint but not fire resistant we can recommend Rust-Oleum 8300 Hygienic Topcoat.

This protects walls and ceilings against mild chemical exposure, occasional product spillage, frequent chemical cleaning, intermittent high humidity and moisture with heat resistance upto 80°c dry heat.
