Hi We have a balcony with a tiled floor on the front of our house, which was built in 1980. A significant amount of rainwater is now seeping through it into the garage below, although water doesn't really pool on it much and there is no sign of visible cracks or defects in the mortar. We've had the pointing redone and new lead flashing, to no avail. I am hoping that the products you provide might be able to waterproof the balcony and at least improve the situation.
