Need Help?

I'm looking for a recommendation for a durable exterior coating system in white for the following: 1. 90m2 of new (unpainted) wet harled wall 2. 90m2 of old previously painted harled wall Regards.

Typical specification onto unpainted render

Following the pre-treatment: If the substrate is porous, first coat Keim Royalan Dilution at 0.15 lt per square metre to help reduce any high surface porosity. If the substrate is not porous, straight into the system below:

First Coat: Keim Royalan diluted with approximately 20% by weight Keim Royalan Dilution

  • Royalan 0.2kg/m²
  • Dilution 0.04lt/m²

Second Coat: Keim Royalan, no dilution

Keim Royalan 0.2kg/m²

Typical specification onto previously painted render

Following the pre-treatment:

First Coat: Keim Royalan Grob diluted with approximately 20% by weight Keim Royalan Dilution

  • Royalan 0.2kg/m²
  • Dilution 0.04lt/m²

Second Coat Keim Royalan, no dilution

  • Keim Royalan 0.2kg/m²
