Rust-Oleum 7200 Floorcoat PU is a highly durable, single-pack polyurethane-enhanced floor coating, ideal for various substrates. This solvent-based urethane modified alkyd floor coating is formulated for easy application and long-lasting performance, making it suitable for both interior and exterior use.

How to Apply
Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of contaminants. For porous concrete, apply a diluted first coat. On smooth or dense concrete, do not apply without proper surface preparation. Sand old coatings to roughen the surface and ensure good adhesion. Application can be done using brush, roller, or spray methods. Always refer to the product data sheet for detailed application instructions.
Restrictions and Limitations
Do not apply on highly alkaline substrates or areas that will be constantly underwater. Avoid using alkaline cleaning agents which may affect the coating’s performance. Always use in a well-ventilated area and follow safety instructions on the data sheet.

Will this product work in this situation please ? Traffic is light foot traffic it also drains well. How well does the product cover over some of the roughness of the surface of a concrete path ? Assuming the concrete has a damp proof membrane present underneath the concrete, and is clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical datasheet, you could consider this product. Once the cracks have been filled, to ensure the concrete is smooth and prepared, we'd recommend etching the concrete with Rust-Oleum 108 Surfa Etch Solution prior to application. Rust-Oleam Non-Skid Additive NS100 can be pre-mixed or broadcast over the wet coating to provide an anti-slip finish with it being external application. | |

On the assumption that the compound is cementitious, smooth and non-porous, ensure the surface is suitably prepared as detailed in the Technical Data Sheet prior to application of this product. Depending on the total surface area, this may be achieved by either blasting or grinding of the surface, or via etching the surface with Rust-Oleum Mathys 108 Surfa Etch Solution before applying Rust-Oleum 7200 Floorcoat PU. This can be mixed to many RAL, NCS or BS colours in a satin or gloss finish. | |

good morning, I bought Rust-Oleum paint 7200 PU and painted new and very well washed garden tiles with it and after a few weeks there are places where the paint peels off and I don't know how to save it now. Can I paint these places with one more layer? And can I generally paint this paint with one more layer with a different color, because I am not satisfied with the color either. |
