Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team: This product is intended for indoor use, specifically designed to illuminate if lights go out unexpectedly. The clear protective coat is part of the Coo-Var Luminous Paint system, designed to be applied as an overcoat to the Coo-Var Luminous Paint, to protect against wear whilst prolonging colour retention. Using this system requires Coo-Var Luminous Paint Foundation Base to be used as a White Base coat, increasing the visibility and allowing Coo-Var Luminous Paint to function. If applied outdoors, the paint will have largely depleted its stored energy. | |
