Kit Contents

100m² Pack:

• 25kg (5 x 5kg) Resin Technologies All Purpose Primer
• 50kg (10 x 5kg) Resin Technologies HB Epoxy Warehouse Floor Paint (Colour as chosen)
• Optional 2.5kg Anti-Slip Aggregate (Fine and Medium Aggregates are supplied pre-mixed in the topcoat. Coarse is supplied separately to be scattered over the first coat)
• 1 x Application Kit (2 x 15L Paint Scuttle, 2 x 12" Roller Frame, 1 x 100mm Mixing Paddle, 6 x 12" Roller Sleeves, 6 x 2" Brushes, 2 x Pair of Disposable Gloves)
• Optional 5 x 5L (25L) Resin Technologies Etch & Clean Solution

System Application Guide

Preparation & Priming notes:

• Preparation of the area is important to ensure you achieve the desired showroom finish
• All substrates should be vacuumed to remove and dust or dirt prior to application
• Remove any existing coating especially if it is peeling or flaking
• If well bonded abrade/sand to create a texture to apply the paint
• Preparing the floor mechanically is always advised (grinding) however if that is not possible, please choose the optional Resin Technologies Etch & Clean Solution
• Included within the bundle is Resin Technologies All Purpose Primer - Please refer to the Product and Safety Data Sheets for detailed mixing instructions, application details and drying times

Topcoat Application notes:

• It is advised that when applying this product, the ambient temperature is at least 7°C
• Gently stir PART A for 2 minutes to ensure dispersal of pigment
• Pour 100% of your part B tin into part A
  
• Mix resin components together with a drill and paddle
  
• Pour contents into the paint scuttle
  
• Immediately begin applying your paint with the supplied epoxy roller frame and sleeve
  
• Use a brush around the edges for a smooth finish (for larger areas a second work-person is recommended)
  
• Once coat one has been applied leave 8-12 hours then apply second coat
• 2 coats are required for this product (See Product Data Sheet)
• If you have selected Anti-Slip Aggregate, Fine and Medium Aggregates are supplied pre-mixed in the topcoat. Coarse is supplied separately to be scattered over the first coat
• Scatter the provided coarse Anti-Slip Additive into the wet coating and back-roll with wet roller immediately to encapsulate the additive
