In general we sort colours for products into 2 main groups - ‘Ready Mixed’ and ‘Tinted’.
Tinted colours will always be more expensive than Ready Mixed colours as they need to be produced at the time of order using a tinting machine dispensing colourant into a base*.
During busy periods, this means that tinted colours could take longer, for example – a ready mixed colour ordered on a 3-5 day delivery might arrive within 3 days, however a tinted colour might take the full 5 days to arrive.

To find Ready Mixed colours, search "ready mixed" or select the Ready Mixed 'colour chart'. To see Tinted colours select a colour chart such as RAL, BS, NCS, etc. or search for a colour/hue to see available or related options.

To ensure fair pricing, we split colours into ‘Price Bands’ to group together similar priced colours. If you wish to search for the cheapest tinted colours, always select Price Band 1.

Description

Jotun Jotamastic 90 WG is a 'Wintergrade' version of Jotamastic 90 to aid application in lower temperatures and to provide faster drying and curing times. It is a two component polyamine cured epoxy mastic coating that is a surface tolerant, abrasion resistant, high solids and high build. This product is tintable in a wide range of colours and is specially designed for areas where optimum surface preparation is not possible or desired. Provides long lasting protection in environments with high corrossivity and can be used as a primer, mid coat, finish coat or as single coat system in atmospheric and immersed environments.

Jotun Jotamastic 90 WG is suitable for properly prepared carbon steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel, aluminium, concrete and a range of aged coating surfaces. It can be applied at sub zero surface temperatures. Also available as Jotun Jotamastic 90 Aluminium WG for improved barrier effect.

Areas of Use

General: Primarily designed for maintenance and repair.
Marine: Outside hulls, exterior and interior areas.
Protective: Recommended for offshore environments, including splash zones, refineries, power plants, bridges, buildings, mining equipment and general structural steel.

	Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team: This product is recommended for temperatures from -5°C upto a maximum of 23°C, but pot life will be 45minutes at this temperature.
