Application

• Ensure all surfaces are clean, sound, dry and free from dust, grease or other contaminants
• Apply using a standard sealant gun with the nozzle cut at an angle of 45°, and to an opening slightly larger than the joint to be sealed
• Insert a screw driver into the nozzle to pierce the centre of the membrane
• Apply a 6mm bead (or thicker to suit gap) to one surface, the length of the material and press onto the second surface applying even pressure. Allow to set
• Excess adhesive should be removed with white spirit
• Temporary support or fixings are recommended on very heavy items whilst curing
• Full strength is achieved in 24-48 hours
• It is the user’s responsibility to dispose of all packaging correctly

Storage

• Store in cool, dry conditions below 30° in well ventilated conditions
• Store in accordance with flammable storage regulations
• If spillages occur remove all sources of ignition and ventilate the area – ensure people are removed from confined areas
• Product should be cleaned up immediately with an inert and absorbent material, i.e. sawdust or sand and collected using non-sparking tools.

Limitations

• For Professional use
• Not suitable for areas subject to frequent water immersion
• Not recommended for use on asphalt, bitumen or polystyrene
• Not to be used as a mirror adhesive
• Dusty or porous surfaces should be primed prior to application of adhesive
• It is the user’s responsibility to ensure suitability for use
