A high performance two-component fine surface filler for weathered timber, cracks. Paintable after 30 minutes*. No primer required. Cures fast, also under colder weather conditions. Easy and fast to apply.

Suitable for:

*Typical curing time for a repair applied at 20ºC. Temperature and humidity may affect curing times.

Description

Repair Care Dry Flex SF is a durable fine surface filler for spot repairs on timber. Designed for filling and repairing minor defects in wood, nail and screw holes, and minor repairs where damage does not occur due to tensions in the substrate. Available as a two-component pack or as a 2-in-1 pre-mixed tube. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Features & Benefits

Application & Recommendations


Read the instructions and check the expiration date on the packaging before use. Please consult the product and safety information before use.

  • Dose Dry Flex SF with the EASY•Q single dosing gun
  • Mix components A and B until an even colour is obtained (unless product is 2-in-1)
  • Do not place mixed product in full sun (this shortens the processing time)
  • Spread the mixed Dry Flex SF in a thin layer over it mixing platform; this extends the processing time
  • Close the opened container after use

Composition: Component A - Modified epoxy resin.
Component B  - Mixture of modified
mercapto compounds
Density at 20 ° C: 1.42 kg/dm3
Solid content: 100 vol. % (= 100 wt%)
Flash point DIN 53213: Component A> 103°C.
Component B> 93°C
Mixing ratio: Component A: 2 parts by volume
Component B: 1 volume part
Mixing Instruction: EASY • Q Single Dosing Gun use.
On plastic mixing platform dose the
required amount and mix until the
white colour of Component B has
disappeared
Appearance: Component A: Highly viscous beige
mass
Component B: Highly viscous white

Mixed product: Highly pasty light beige mass
Working time at 20°C: 7 to 10 min
Processing temperature: 0 - 30°C
Processing: Do not add solvents or other dilutants
Curing at 20°C: Sandable and paintable after approx.
