CombiColor Original 7300/7400 is a high-performance rust-inhibitive coating designed for robust metal protection. Available in a spectrum of colours, it can be applied using a brush, roller, or air-atomised spray on bare, manually derusted, or primed steel surfaces. This versatile product offers excellent corrosion resistance, especially in light industrial environments, and meets VOC regulations with a content of 477 g/l. It is designed for both industrial and consumer use, though it is advised for professional application due to safety and performance characteristics. The coating is touch dry in approximately 2 hours and fully cured in 7 days, providing a smooth finish with minimal effort.
For optimal results, ensure surfaces are clean and primed as necessary, especially for galvanised, zinc, and aluminium substrates. Apply CombiColor Original at temperatures between 5°C and 35°C, with relative humidity below 85%. The product's wet film thickness should be 100 µm to achieve a dry film thickness of 55 µm, offering theoretical coverage of about 10.3 m²/l. As a flammable liquid, it should be handled with care, and users should follow all safety guidelines provided in the MSDS. CombiColor® Original does not contain diisocyanates and is formulated to provide durable protection and aesthetic appeal for various metal surfaces.
