A high-performance, all-surface paint designed for long-term decoration of various exterior surfaces including wood, UPVC, galvanising, metals, cladding, weathered bitumen, stucco, brick, stone, and cured concrete. The paint is self-priming and bonds to existing glossy paints without the need for sanding. It contains a biocide to protect the dried coating against fungal degradation and offers excellent resistance to cracking, blistering, and flaking. The product is easy to apply with a brush, roller, or sprayer and dries to recoat in one hour. However, it should not be used on exterior floors, decks, or any surface subject to water immersion or prolonged contact with water. For best results, surfaces should be clean, dry, and free from any contamination.
Application and Safety Information
When applying, ensure that the air and surface temperature are between 10° and 32°C, and the humidity is less than 85% during application and curing. Avoid painting in direct sunlight and maintain a "wet edge" to prevent lapping. The product is not intended for surfaces subject to prolonged water contact or immersion. It is recommended to use Zinsser Cover Stain for priming new or unpainted cedar, redwood, or other resinous timbers, and Zinsser B-I-N Primer-Sealer for spot priming knots and sap streaks. The safety data sheet specifies that the paint contains 2-octyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one and a reaction mass of 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, which may cause an allergic reaction. Proper personal protective equipment should be worn during application, and the product should be kept out of reach of children.
