More Features & Benefits
- Stabilises the surface penetrating deep into the substrate, driving out excess moisture and air to form a solid, stable layer.

Related Products
- Do not mix or overcoat Owatrol Oil with paints containing hot solvents e.g. Xylene, 2 Part Coatings, Chlorinated Rubber, Cellulose, etc. or with water based/acrylic paints. For these types of paints prime the surface with Owatrol C.I.P. or Owatrol Primer AP60.
Notes and Limitations
- Due to the aggressive nature of some automotive paints combined with their tough, hard and inflexible finish it is recommended that a test is carried out with Owatrol C.I.P. to ensure compatibility before commencing with the entire project.
- While Owatrol C.I.P. followed by an automotive paint may be applied to new and/or brightly cleaned metal the use of PID 60 is recommended for these surfaces.
