ColourPicker Explained

In general we sort colours for products into 2 main groups - ‘Ready Mixed’ and ‘Tinted’.
Tinted colours will always be more expensive than Ready Mixed colours as they need to be produced at the time of order using a tinting machine dispensing colourant into a base*.
During busy periods, this means that tinted colours could take longer, for example – a ready mixed colour ordered on a 3-5 day delivery might arrive within 3 days, however a tinted colour might take the full 5 days to arrive.

To find Ready Mixed colours, search "ready mixed" or select the Ready Mixed 'colour chart'. To see Tinted colours select a colour chart such as RAL, BS, NCS, etc. or search for a colour/hue to see available or related options.

To ensure fair pricing, we split colours into ‘Price Bands’ to group together similar priced colours. If you wish to search for the cheapest tinted colours, always select Price Band 1.

Colour reproduction of the Products on the Site is limited by the technology used to deliver web pages and by the colour representation of Customer’s own monitor and computer set-up. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our Products but we cannot guarantee that the colour shown on Customer’s monitor’s display will accurately reflect the colour of the Product on delivery. We recommend that Customer first purchases the smallest Product available or access an industry standard colour chart in person (and not digitally) to ensure that the colour is acceptable for its purposes.

Flowcoat SF41 - Premium, Two-Component Epoxy Resin Floor Coating System

Designed for industrial and commercial applications. Known for its durability and customisable slip resistance, this system is ideal for environments that demand high performance and long-lasting protection. With a range of available colours, Flowcoat SF41 can be tailored to meet specific aesthetic and functional requirements.

Primer	Flowprime @ 0.25 kg/m² (if weak substrate)
Coating	Flowcoat SF41 (density 1.4 kg/l) 1^st Coat @ 0.25–0.3 kg/m² 2^nd Coat @ 0.25–0.3 kg/m² Coverage rates will vary with surface profile and temperature.
Non-Slip Finishes	Various grades of quartz, aluminium oxide, glass spheres or silicon carbide can be incorporated to provide a textured surface.

Application and Installation

The Flowcoat SF41 system is suitable for application on concrete or screed substrates with a minimum strength of 25 N/mm². The substrate must be free from laitance, dust, and other contaminants to ensure optimal adhesion. Installation should be carried out by a Flowcrete approved contractor to guarantee the best results. Detailed application instructions and recommendations are available upon request.

Restrictions and Limitations

Not suitable for DIY use due to the professional training required for safe application.
Avoid application at temperatures above 40°C or in direct sunlight to prevent degradation of the product.
Not recommended for use on surfaces without a proper damp proof membrane; consider using Hydraseal DPM beneath the Flowcoat SF41 system if needed.

Recommended Additional Products

For enhanced performance, consider pairing Flowcoat SF41 with Flowprime for weak substrates or Hydraseal DPM for moisture control. These products work synergistically with Flowcoat SF41 to provide a comprehensive flooring solution.

Flowcoat SF41 Part A is classified as hazardous with warnings for skin irritation, eye irritation, and potential allergic reactions. It is toxic to aquatic life with long-lasting effects.
