Weber Weberfloor Industry Pro 4610
This single-component, pump or hand-applied screed offers a superior solution for levelling industrial and commercial substrates. The product is composed of specially formulated cements, aggregates, and chemical admixtures that result in a hard-wearing finish, ideal for environments that experience high footfall and mechanical stress. It provides exceptional durability and a smooth, flat surface that reduces wear, making it a reliable choice for high-storage areas or floors that require resilience against heavy-duty equipment.
Application Areas
This screed is suitable for levelling concrete, base screeds, and anhydrite screeds, delivering excellent performance in heavy industrial and commercial environments. It is particularly suited for areas requiring an uncovered, smooth concrete finish and can be used in industries where robust surface durability is essential. While it can withstand demanding industrial traffic, it should not be exposed to continuous chemical loading without appropriate surface protection.
- Ideal for industrial areas, warehouses, and factories
- Recommended for high-traffic areas, storage zones, and commercial spaces
Key Benefits
The product ensures a quick turnaround, allowing foot traffic within 2-4 hours and light industrial traffic after just 24 hours. Full load capacity can be achieved in 7 days, making it an ideal choice for businesses that need minimal downtime. Additionally, its low-alkalinity formulation and casein-free properties ensure it’s safe for use in sensitive environments.
- Fast-setting: Foot traffic in 2-4 hours, full industrial traffic in 1 week
- Can be left uncovered, even in high traffic areas
- Compatible with most epoxy and polyurethane coatings
Limitations and Restrictions
It is important to note that the product should not be applied to substrates with a strength lower than 1.5 N/mm². Additionally, the screed is not recommended for environments exposed to constant chemical spillage without surface protection. If used in food processing plants or similar areas, epoxy or polyurethane coatings should be applied for additional chemical resistance.
Preparation and Installation
To ensure optimum results, the substrate must be clean, free from grease and dust, and primed with a suitable primer. Any large irregularities should be levelled with weberfloor base rapid 4360 before application. Proper preparation and priming are essential to ensure adhesion and prevent air bubbles during installation.
Health and Safety
Always handle the product with appropriate personal protective equipment. The screed does not contain any hazardous substances, but it is advisable to avoid generating dust during application. Ensure adequate ventilation in the working area. Consult the material safety data sheet (MSDS) for full health and safety guidelines.
Health and Safety
This product is classified as non-hazardous according to EU regulations. However, due to the presence of quartz (crystalline silica), care should be taken to avoid inhaling dust.Ensure compliance with safety standards during installation, and consult the MSDS for more detailed information.
