This self-smoothing flooring compound is perfect for both residential and commercial spaces, designed to provide a high-quality finish for a range of floor coverings. Applications

This product is designed for use on solid bonded substrates, such as concrete, sand/cement screeds, and anhydrite screeds. It is ideal for levelling uneven floors before installing final coverings like vinyl, laminate, carpet, parquet, or tiles. However, it must be covered with a suitable final flooring layer and is not to be left uncovered.

Mixing and Application Guidelines

The mixing process is critical for achieving the right consistency and strength. Mix the product with clean water, following the recommended proportions to ensure proper bonding and avoid excessive shrinkage. For manual applications, use a slow-speed electric mixer, while automatic mixers are preferred for larger areas. A flow ring test should be conducted to maintain quality, ensuring a smooth and even spread across the surface.

Limitations and Restrictions

It is important to avoid using this product where floor movement is anticipated, such as with underfloor heating. Additionally, this product should not be exposed to moisture or draughts during application and for up to three days post-application. Ensure proper priming and preparation of the substrate using Weberfloor 4716 primer to enhance adhesion and prevent issues like air bubbles.
