Its low viscosity allows for deep penetration into cracks as narrow as 0.2 mm, ensuring structural integrity and durability. The product is water-resistant and suitable for both damp and dry conditions.

    Key Features

Ronacrete EP LV offers exceptional performance for industrial and professional applications. It delivers:

    • Outstanding bond strength of 4.4 N/mm² to concrete.
    • High compressive strength of 70 N/mm².
    • Application versatility for internal and external use.
    • Compatibility with various injection techniques, including gravity feed and gunning.
    • Durability in temperatures ranging from 3°C to 45°C.

    Applications

This epoxy resin is suitable for repairing cracks and voids in concrete structures, screeds, and masonry. It can also be used in the installation of injection flanges for structural repairs. Its water-resistant formulation makes it ideal for environments exposed to moisture.

    Usage Instructions

Surface preparation is critical for optimal performance. Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from contaminants. Use oil-free compressed air to clean cracks or allow water-flushed cracks to dry completely. Mix the curing agent thoroughly with the base until a homogeneous colour is achieved. Apply the product via gravity feed or gunning, and allow it to cure as specified in the data sheet.

Do not use Ronacrete EP LV on surfaces that are contaminated with oils or loose debris. Avoid applying in temperatures outside the specified range of 3°C to 45°C. This product is restricted to professional and industrial use only and should not be handled by untrained personnel.
