Jotacote Universal S120 - High Performance Epoxy Coating

A two-component, high-build, polyamine-cured designed for long-term anticorrosion performance. Application Guidelines

For optimal performance, proper surface preparation is essential:

• Carbon Steel: Abrasive blast cleaning to Sa 2½ (ISO 8501-1) is recommended for optimal adhesion.
• Galvanised Steel: Ensure a rough and dull profile through sweep blast-cleaning with non-metallic abrasives.
• Aluminium and Stainless Steel: Use abrasive media to create a suitable scratch pattern and ensure high adhesion.

Jotacote Universal S120 can be applied by airless spray for maximum coverage, and stripe coating can be done with a brush or roller for smaller areas.
