Application Guidelines

Before application, ensure the substrate is firm, dimensionally stable, and free of contaminants such as dust, oil, and grease. Follow these steps for best results:

• Mix components A and B in the correct ratio (82.8:17.2 parts by weight) using a slow-speed mixer.
• Apply the primer generously and distribute evenly using a suitable trowel or roller.
• For levelling layers, add appropriate filler material before application.
• Allow 12–48 hours between coats, depending on site conditions.
• Protect from moisture during curing to prevent adhesion issues.

Restrictions and Limitations

Epoxy Primer PF should not be applied at temperatures below +10°C or above +30°C. Ensure relative humidity does not exceed 80% during application and curing. Avoid exposure to UV light, as epoxy resins may yellow over time.

• Epoxy TX Color (6932) – Suitable for coloured epoxy coatings.
• Epoxy SIC Color (6844) – Enhanced abrasion-resistant finish.
• Epoxy Color Top (6191) – Provides additional protection and finish.
