2-Component Silk-Matt Slip-Resistant Polyurethane Sealant
Designed for use on epoxy and polyurethane coatings. Its lightfast properties ensure long-lasting protection, while its water vapour diffusion capability makes it ideal for use in various environments. Suitable for professional applications, this sealant enhances surface durability and safety.
Application Areas
This sealant is suitable for use on epoxy and polyurethane coatings, particularly in areas exposed to low mechanical loads. It is commonly used in commercial and industrial settings where a durable, slip-resistant finish is required.

Application Instructions
Before application, ensure the substrate is firm, dimensionally stable, free of dust, oil, grease, and other contaminants. The substrate must be prepared using suitable Remmers products.
Mixing instructions:
- Combine Component B (hardener) with Component A (base) at a ratio of 85:15 by weight.
- Mix thoroughly using a slow-speed electric mixer for at least three minutes.
- Transfer to a separate container and mix again to ensure complete blending.
Apply within 48 hours of the previous coat. If the waiting time exceeds this, sand the surface and remove dust before applying the sealant.
Limitations
- Not suitable for vehicle loads with metal or polyamide tyres.
- Should not be used on surfaces exposed to dynamic point loads.
- Not recommended for use in areas with high mechanical stress.

PUR Aqua Top 2K M Plus contains isocyanates and requires proper protective measures. Users must undergo adequate training before industrial or professional use. Always wear protective gloves and avoid inhalation of vapours.
