In general we sort colours for products into 2 main groups - ‘Ready Mixed’ and ‘Tinted’.
Tinted colours will always be more expensive than Ready Mixed colours as they need to be produced at the time of order using a tinting machine dispensing colourant into a base*.
During busy periods, this means that tinted colours could take longer, for example – a ready mixed colour ordered on a 3-5 day delivery might arrive within 3 days, however a tinted colour might take the full 5 days to arrive.

To find Ready Mixed colours, search "ready mixed" or select the Ready Mixed 'colour chart'. To see Tinted colours select a colour chart such as RAL, BS, NCS, etc. or search for a colour/hue to see available or related options.

To ensure fair pricing, we split colours into ‘Price Bands’ to group together similar priced colours. If you wish to search for the cheapest tinted colours, always select Price Band 1.

Surface Preparation

The surface should be clean, dry and free of grease. Sound existing paintwork, including powder coating, should be degreased and abraded with P280 prior to painting.

The aerosol can be applied over any Cromadex primer aerosol as well as many of the standard liquid primers in the Cromadex range.

Cromadex 800 Two Pack Non-Isocyanate Acrylic Topcoat Aerosol can be applied directly to uPVC after cleaning with Cromadex Anti-Static Cleaner.

Application Details

Before use, remove the base of can
Attach the ring to the plunger and pull down
Turn the ring/plunger through 360° to release the curing agent

Shake the aerosol for 2 minutes and spray a sample. Distance to the surface should be approximately 20 centimetres.

Nozzle has a variable spray fan to allow for extra fine finishing.

Apply in thin layers. Before applying the next layer, again shake the aerosol.
