Questions
Question about the product
Lesley Jenkins on 2023-02-15 10:59:48 | Question:
Would this be ideal for metal skateboard equipment? |
Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team:
The Hydron AG3 Graffiti Remover is a specially formulated blend of solvents developed to remove all forms of graffiti from non-porous surfaces such as metalwork. So assuming the metal skateboard equipment is bare this would be suitable.
Andy on 2022-08-17 17:43:10 | Question:
Will any of your products be suitable for removing ingrained graffiti from Formica backed bus seats please. Thanks. |
Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team:
For this application we would recommend Hydron AG2 Graffiti Remover, this is formulated for more sensitive surfaces such as polycarbonates or plastics. We would recommend testing on a small area prior to full application.
Kim Burrows on 2022-07-14 16:37:40 | Question:
I write on behalf of a railway community group and one of our art panels has been covered in graffiti. I have asked the manufacturer about your product and he says to make sure, as it is a laminated panel, if the spray would affect the laminate (e.g. melt it!) many thanks Kim |
Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team:
For more sensitive substrates such as a laminate we would recommend trying Hydron AG2 Graffiti Remover first. We would recommend testing on sensitive substrates prior to full application.
Christine Robinson on 2022-07-07 11:05:33 | Question:
What can I use to remove oil graffiti (like WD40) or similar, sprayed onto the side of a house. Normal house bricks. |
Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team:
While this product could be tried for this application, Hydron Mona-Clean Oil Dispersant maybe a better option. We would recommend testing on a small area prior to full application.
Anne Homa on 2021-07-18 14:16:45 | Question:
Is this the best graffiti remover for gloss painted wooden doors? |
Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team:
Yes this can be used on gloss painted doors or other non porous substrates, it will not work on bare timber.
