- Drying and recoating times are related to the film thickness, temperature, the relative humidity of the air and ventilation
Surface Preparation
- Surfaces should be clean, dry and free from all grease, oil, loose material and general contamination
- Unsound surfaces should be scraped back to firm edge
- If algal or fungal contamination is present, wash with a bleach solution (observing necessary safety precautions)

- Do not apply to damp or frosted surfaces
- One full coat should suffice for most applications, but a second may be applied in cases of severe porosity
Application Conditions
- Only apply in conditions of good ventilation which must be maintained during drying and curing.
- Do not apply when rain, mist, sleet, or snow are imminent
- During application and drying time of the paint coating, the surface should be dry, the Relative Humidity should not exceed 85% and the surface temperature should remain at least 3°C above the dew point
- Paint temperature should ideally be at a minimum of 15ºC
