James Matthews on 2016-02-09 15:35:24 | Question:
We undertake cyclical works on our properties every seven years. Will this product if used on our existing asphalt roofs last from one 7 year cycle to the next. |
Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team:
If your roofs have a pitch greater than 15 degrees then yes. If not then we would recommend the Coo-Var Solar Reflective Paint Aluminium. In both instances the roof would need to be cleaned with a proprietary fungicidal wash (something like our 805 Fungicidal Wash) and then followed by two full coats of either White or Aluminium Solar Reflective Paint. | |
