Hensel Hensotop WB (formerly Hensotop 84 AQ) is a water-based single component, halogen-free and fast-drying top coat for water-based Hensotherm fire protection coatings. For use on interior and exterior wood.

It provides protection from moisture and other environmental influences, and can be used over coatings including Hensel Hensotherm 2 KS White Interior and Hensel Hensotherm 2 KS Black Anthracite Interior on wood as a protective and decorative top coat.

Hensel Hensotop WB is available in a wide range of colours including RAL shades. Special colour shades including Sikkens, NCS or samples are available on request – with a minimum order quantity of 10kg. Please Note: Due to thermal overheating do not use dark colours as top coating behind glass facades

Hensel Hensotop WB is available in selected 'DB' Colour Shades, which are micaceous iron oxide shades developed for the 'Deutsche Bahn' railway network in Germany, primarily for use in stations.

Notes

• Hensotop top coats offer the possibility of coloured design, protection against moisture and should be applied when the surfaces, during the usage, are exposed to environmental influences, regular cleaning and similar external influences
• Must only be applied after the Hensotherm fire protection has fully dried (approximately 24 Hours @20°C and after a positive fingernail test)
• If Hensotop WB must be applied out of different batches, mix both materials (of the same colour shade) together before application
• Colour shades containing metallic pigments may change by thinning with water or by application by brush or roller
