ColourPicker Explained

In general we sort colours for products into 2 main groups - ‘Ready Mixed’ and ‘Tinted’.
Tinted colours will always be more expensive than Ready Mixed colours as they need to be produced at the time of order using a tinting machine dispensing colourant into a base*.
During busy periods, this means that tinted colours could take longer, for example – a ready mixed colour ordered on a 3-5 day delivery might arrive within 3 days, however a tinted colour might take the full 5 days to arrive.

To find Ready Mixed colours, search "ready mixed" or select the Ready Mixed 'colour chart'. To see Tinted colours select a colour chart such as RAL, BS, NCS, etc. or search for a colour/hue to see available or related options.

To ensure fair pricing, we split colours into ‘Price Bands’ to group together similar priced colours. If you wish to search for the cheapest tinted colours, always select Price Band 1.

Hempadur 47300 is a two-component epoxy paint, which cures to a hard and tough coating with good resistance to abrasion and seawater. It contains zinc phosphate for better corrosion protection.

Recommended for use as a midcoat epoxy and self-primed high performance coating systems for atmospheric exposure. Hempadur 47300 is intended to all year application down to -10°C and for in-shop applications where fast recoating and handling is required.

If brush or roller application is used, more coats will be necessary to achieve the specified dry film thickness. Spray data are indicative and subject to adjustment. Pressure is for a material temperature of 20°C.

Product may be specified in another film thickness than indicated depending on purpose and area of use. This will alter spreading rate, drying and curing time and overcoating interval. For best performance, avoid excessive film thickness.

Epoxy coats have an inherent tendency of chalking in outdoor exposure. This does not affect the performance of the coating.
