Application
Tardex must under all circumstances be incorporated into the mixing water and not the render. For renders on a single worksite the dosage must remain constant to avoid any risk of colour differences.
ATTENTION: Adding Tardex can slightly darken a renders colour. Ensure the product is used throughout the render, on the facade being applied to.
Consumption
This information is provided as guidance only, excludes wastage and will vary subject to the product it is mixed with.
For one-coat render e.g. MONOREX GM/GF, MONOBLANCO from the PAREX range:
- From 0.3 to 0.7 litres per water content mix for 6 bags (180 kg), the optimal dose being about 0.5 litres per mix of 6 bags
- Increasing the dosage will not provide additional extended working time and may affect the performance of the mixed product
For mortars and concrete:
- From 0.5 to 5 litres per water content for 100 kg of cement, i.e. 0.5% to 5 % of the weight of cement
