hi recently ( 2 weeks ago) granted one was a bank holiday but recently return x2 2.5 l gloss white combi colour metal paint to which i messaged you guys an asked if it was ok an followed the return process link i was sent printing off the form and including it within the parcel would like to follow up with you guys as i havnt had/heard anything back regarding the return... as the parcel been received or do i need to follow this up with the royal mail? appreciate your reply cheers
